
I will not lie to you, a pandemic level virus was one of the last things on my list that I thought would challenge my business. However, who isn’t surprised? It seems that the world was caught off-guard by the entire situation. However, seeing this as a great challenge also gives me a different kind of motivation. One that requires nights of being locked in rooms and devising plans for what to do and how to do it.
There are several ways a business can push through the COVID-19 barrier. Some of my colleagues, as you have probably seen, have had social media advertisements running and have generated an impressive amount of leads through that alone. Others have implemented a “virtual” estimate system, where the client and operator either discuss details via a video call or by phone. To add to the strategies that my peers have offered, I would like to present a virtual presentation of my client manual. After a walk around a client’s house is finished, a client manual is presented to show who the operator is, why he or she is running a business, and what Scholars Edge has to offer apart from their competitors. In this video, I will show you the ins and outs of my client manual, and why its important to take certain steps to ensure COVID-19 isn’t your next date and take you out.
